A high-level snapshot across purchases and outlet usage. Filter by month, year, and branch to narrow each widget — the WAC% change and variance widgets always show the top items by absolute magnitude.

Lists all purchase transactions by branch and month, showing every active supplier for each item ranked from highest volume bought to lowest. Use this to see which supplier you rely on most (Active_1) and at what cost.

Compares the weighted average cost (WAC) for each item between its latest purchase month and the one before. A positive WAC Change % means the item got more expensive — the three effect columns break down why: Price Effect (continuing suppliers charging more or less), Mix/Vol Effect (shifting volume toward more or cheaper suppliers), and New/Lost Supplier (cost impact of suppliers entering or leaving). These three always add up to the Net Change in total spend. An item will not appear here if: (1) it only has data in one month, (2) its WAC did not change between the two months, or (3) it has no volume data to compute a WAC.

Shows the blended cost per unit for each item in the latest purchase month, combining all suppliers into a single weighted average — total spend across all suppliers divided by total volume bought. This smooths out the difference between a cheap and expensive supplier based on how much you actually bought from each.

A blank price list covering all ingredients used across selected branches — export it and send to suppliers to fill in their latest prices. Filter by outlet group or individual branches to generate a template targeted at the right kitchen.

Shows CK ingredient monthly usage in packs. Monthly Usage = estimated from the menu forecast. Actual Monthly Usage = derived from stocktake data, summed across all outlets. Final Monthly Usage = Monthly Usage unless variance exceeds ±20%, in which case Actual is used instead (highlighted in orange).

Shows CK raw ingredient requirements derived from Stella's Final Monthly Usage via the recipe table. For each CK item Stella orders, the recipe is looked up and ingredient quantities are calculated as Final Monthly Usage × Pack Size Recipe, summed across all CK items, with wastage applied and rounded up.

Ceiling Monthly Menu Usage is from the menu/sales forecast. Ceiling Monthly Banchan Usage is derived from actual banchan dish usage via recipe. Ceiling Total = Menu + Banchan. To get the total ceiling monthly usage for an ingredient, add across all day categories. Rows with unresolved codes (#N/A) are excluded.

Estimated Usage = Total Usage from the menu forecast (summed across all day categories) + raw banchan usage derived from actual banchan dish usage via recipe. Variance = Actual − Estimated: positive (red) means actual exceeded estimated, negative (green) means actual was under. Only rows where actual usage could be calculated are shown. Sorted by outlet → category → ingredient → variance % most positive first.

Manage who can sign in and what they can do — replaces editing access-list.xlsx in SharePoint directly. Changes save immediately to access-list.json in SharePoint App Data. Role: viewer (read-only) or downloader (can export Excel). Branches: all or a specific outlet name.
